Their Mission
- Knowledge Enhancement: Conduct scientific investigations to increase knowledge and awareness of Namibia’s geological resources.
- Data Dissemination: Share high-quality research data to support decision-making and resource management.
- Resource Exploration and Assessment: Facilitate the search for and evaluation of mineral resources, geological engineering, and land use planning.
- Sustainable Development: Promote sustainable development practices that consider environmental impacts.
